- That boarders the Eldoret Kitale Suam Road
- Has documents of ownership
- Boarders access road on two sides of the plot
Interested sellers to submit their bids indicating the price, copies of ownership and maps to the CEO Trans National Times DT Sacco Ltd on or before 16th September 2023.
