Invitation for Prequalification of Motor Vehicle Valuers
Trans national Times Dt Sacco Ltd is inviting applications for prequalification of experienced and reputable motor vehicle valuers. This prequalification process aims to establish a list of qualified valuers who can provide accurate and reliable motor vehicle valuation services for our SACCO.
Scope of Work:
- Comprehensive valuation of motor vehicles for loan security and other SACCO purposes.
- Detailed inspection and assessment of vehicle condition.
- Preparation of detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.
- Providing expert advice on the market value and condition of vehicles.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a registered and licensed motor vehicle valuer.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor vehicle valuation.
- Proven track record of accurate and reliable vehicle valuations.
- Strong knowledge of the current motor vehicle market trends.
- Ability to provide timely and detailed reports.
- Excellent references from previous clients.
Application Requirements: Interested valuers are requested to submit the following documents for consideration:
- Company Profile including the history, services offered, and organizational structure.
- Valid registration and licensing documents.
- Proof of professional indemnity insurance.
- Detailed CVs of key personnel.
- A list of similar projects undertaken in the past 5 years.
- References from at least three previous clients.
- Fee structure for valuation services.

Evaluation and Notification: All submissions will be evaluated based on the eligibility criteria listed above. Successful applicants will be notified and included in our list of prequalified valuers for a period of two years (2yrs).
