Short term agricultural loans to horticultural farmers to finance their production needs especially for farm inputs. Such farmers include but not limited to poultry farmers, cane farmers, horticultural farmers etc.
- The loan amount shall be based on the member’s ability to pay that will be determined by his/her expected production for the financing season.
- Maximum loan amount Kshs 500,000
- The loan repayment period shall be based on the production cycle of the value chain to be financed but shall not exceed 6 months
